the flowers of the lime tree

The Lime tree is always in flower for the birthdays of two of my children and produces a lovely sweet smell. Today it was touch and go as to wether or not I should go to the allotment. The showers were coming down heavily, but I put on my best mountain waterproof and went nonetheless!
