Two Pair

Whether posts or people, this photo brought to mind the rule that 2 pairs tops one pair, even thought 2 pair is low on the list of winning hands.  I hope it isn't low of the list of effective photos.  The posts mark the drain pipe that brings storm water from the street area into the ocean.  Last year they extended one of these drain lines 1,200 feet into the ocean, but many end about where can see this ending.  There signs not to allow children to play near the exhaust of the pipes.
