Ticking the boxes

Health and education: they are used as tools by the government in charge to ensure that the government in charge gets reelected. They just have to make sure the boxes they provide have been ticked so they can say look what we did. They don't give a shit about teachers, pupils, patients and health workers. Just tick the bloody boxes!
