Growing and giving

Another day at home with my poorly boy. He didn't even want to play out when his friends called and THAT's unheard of! He must feel rotten. The flu can *go away* now. Our household has had enough thank you!

The silver lining of days spent at home is that I've watched several ted talks and Vimeo talks on the importance of having a life purpose, a reason, a why. It all resonated with me this week, probably because it was a week where I've been forced to stop and take a break and it's left me with thinking time. Anyhow, one of the talks I watched suggested a default purpose for us all: to Give and to Grow. I like it. It's short and sweet. And meaningful.
