Stray cat

This is a profile of a cat that comes and visits my work place.  
Not sure if it's he or she and if its belongs to someone on the Estate or belongs to one of our Uni students and just looks for opportunities to cuddle or feed him/her.
Looks very familiar to a tiger but 10 times smaller :)

A
