All up early Keith went swimming at 7 then when he came back and off I went to hospital for my pre op assessment which went rather quick saying that on the letter it said could be up to three hours

Then we stopped at a little coffee shop that is with a farmshop and had a sausage roll. Then back for Rocky

And we are all knackered now and resting before I start tea which will be omelette
