Hanging valley

A wonderful, unplanned trip into Wales today and we spent it walking - first on Angelsey near the Menai bridge and then in Snowdonia at Cwm Idwal, a spectacular hanging valley in the Glyderau range.  The snow made it even more dramatic and blue sky emerged as we walked around the lake - perfect.
