Cold today. Handy day for our heating to break (again). For some reason our temperamental boiler has decided to stop heating radiators and just makes the water hotter and hotter instead. Still, comes in handy for filling everyone's hot water bottles, which we certainly need.

And yet even in a 'recession' you can't get a plumber to call back...
