Handing over

We met George's parents at a vast garden centre about half way between our homes. Over coffee we heard all about their few days' child free holiday. Afterwards we explored the huge garden centre where there were not only plants, gifts, garden furniture, there was also a pets corner with tortoises, rabbits and these fish in lovely cylindrical tanks.
Then we hugged goodbye to George as he went off with his luggage and clutching his Eiffel Tower. Yes, he has decided to take it home.
I shall miss the stimulation of having a young person in the house.
