Well hello to you too.
I certainly won’t say no
to a hug. We all need to
make the most of you
while you’re still with us.

I do know
that by tomorrow
you’ll be gone. Sad
though that is
there is some comfort to be had -

your brief time was a happy
one. Look at your smile
and your open arms! Not
all lives that flourish finish
on such a cheerful note.
