The Sausage King Of Hessen

Distinctly lacking in inspiration today.  The weather outside is awful - unrelenting grey sky that keeps dumping more and more water on us. 

The Blip shows what I bought in Crombie's yesterday and it's put me in mind of the phrase "Those who respect the law and love sausages shouldn't watch either being made".  However, I'm not quite sure who coined it - an online search attributes it to both Mark Twain & Otto Von Bismarck.

I'm happy to remain ignorant of the process and to simply enjoy my breakfasts at the weekend.

I got a message from Shiv's husband; he wanted me pass on his thanks for all the messages of support and sympathy that Blippers have offered.  They've been greatly appreciated by him and the family.
