Panic

Since I was at work this morning I knew that I was only just going to have time to get to the start point of this walk by 10.30am, and that was with making my sandwiches last night and getting changed in the B&Q locker room when I'd finished work.  I'd even driven to the start (Middleton Top CP) yesterday afternoon so that I wouldn't be in a panic this morning... but somehow I still managed to miss the final turning and so did end up in a panic anyway. Oh well, the best laid plans and all that.... but it was alright, the walk leader was expecting me, and I even had time to make use of the toilets!

The weather was drizzly to moderate, but that was expected, the group was small and I enjoyed the conversations - none of which were stopped by a train   :-)
