The start of an Epic Road Trip

After the wedding and 2 days on the south coast we headed back home (he says casually). Here's Alice & Rosie at the campsite before we set off, grass in mouth trying to go "Ooo Argh, I'm a farmer"

550 miles from Lewes to Dundee with 2 young kids in the car is not the easiest of journeys, but the the M6 being completely closed at Preston delayed us for 3hours and turned it into an epic road trip. All told, the kids travel very well and we managed not to rip pieces out of one another.

14&half hours later we arrived home.
It's fantastic to be away but after a journey like that, it's so lovely to get home
