Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne.

This is a harbour/housing/shopping centre a few miles out of Eastbourne. I wonder if the economic downturn has affected it - Saturday morning and all the shops were deserted. That includes Asda, Matalan, TK Maxx etc.
