Pampas Grasses

I always been fond of Pampas Grasses and used to admire them in other people's garden as I passed by. A few years ago we purchased one ourselves and planted it in the back corner of our garden overlooking the paddock. Ours is a late flowering variety and seems to be at its best over the winter months and is therefore in stark contrast to most of the other plants and shrubs around. I thought I would try and capture this contrast by  setting it alongside the bare winter trees which are at the far end pf the paddock. The lush feathery fronds look so much at odds with the leafless trees.
