Therapy dog

I was sitting in the waiting room when I heard the elevator come up and the doors open. Walking out of the doors all alone was this dog!! She sauntered over to where I was sitting and rubbed up against me so that I could pet her. I was seriously shocked that she just wanders all over the building like that.
