INSPIRING

Not the blip but the course was.
The facilitator came in head bowed and we all sat looking very uninspired.
"Well what are you all doing here??"
"Just have to be to get our pay".....not a good start. However it turned into quite a good course about being positive, listening and inspiring our pupils to achieve their best.
