Home at last!

After an amazing 5 weeks away it was lovely to arrive home this afternoon and find the stone trough at our front door bathed in sunshine and some of the Spring bulbs flowering.
It was lovely also to breath in the crisp fresh air at 4 C after almost 24 hours of travelling.

Already we can see that the days are lengthening and the gloomy days of January and February in Scotland are hopefully past for another year.

I am grateful to the blip friends who have followed our travels, one of the highlights for me was the Blipmeet in Wanaka NZ - thank you all for your good wishes yesterday.
