Pied Wagtail

This wee fellow was just bobbing about on the pavement when I was walking the dogs home. Usually they move too quickly or just fly off but today he stayed put just long enough for me to whip the camera from my pocket and take a photograph .... all with one hand, the other one being in control of the dogs who are both very good. If I stop so do they and they just stand very quietly and wait.
