Power to The Northern Powerhouse..?

Spent the day at a Northern Powerhouse conference in Manchester. Lots of political rhetoric about empowering the northern cities, so they can compete against London and the South East. Here John Humphries (Today programme and Mastermind) shares a joke with the ever forceful John Prescott, although Prescott doesn't do smiling!
