Reflections of a by-gone era

Both the reflectee and reflector are goners.Deconstructed as we speak.By the end of the year there will be one high rise left in ChCh..It is a hotel/apartment complex.It will have beautiful and un-obstructed views,but who will stay in it?
Its colour is ghost white,possibly white elephant .Hell of a PR job needed there.
