Roses......

....soft and delicate from JMK's garden basking in the morning light.

Well with cooler weather, 25C forecasted, J and I decided it was time to garden. We started round the entrance of her property clearing weeds and cutting back camellias away from the house making it easier for J to manage on her own. Some beautiful roses had been covered with a vine so a quick snip with the shears and the roses were once again free.

After a refreshing cool drink and a bite to eat we tackled the twitch in a smaller garden along with other weeds. Some lovely roses in this garden to along with bulbs of various kinds and calendula plants but the twitch was the main problem along with an ornamental rosemary bush which was taking over, it's now gone much to J's relief.

Overall a good days work, the garden is looking really good. J is quite excited and has lots of plans for her garden, it will be in shape in no time.
