Pop !!

The traditional opening of the champagne at 5.30pm every day at the St Regis hotel. Very much a touristy thing, but entertaining nevertheless, as he slices the cork off with a sword. He gives a little talk about the history of champagne first, whilst brandishing the sword in the air! (extra)..
Needless to say we don't stay at the St Regis, rather beyond our budget, but a nice place for a drink in the late afternoon sun.
