FRB to Aberdeen

Blips of crossing the Forth Road Bridge are becoming a bit of a tradition. Cold and dreich today, heading up to Aberdeen to visit my brother, and his fiancée who is around 7 months pregnant. The Bug slept perfectly for the whole journey, and awoke just as we arrived. We had a really good time having a proper catch up, but I think we worried poor L about the idea of having a baby in the flat, as the Bug (almost 18 months old now) was running around and grabbing everything he could. I tried to be reassuring, but I'm not sure it worked! P made an excellent roast chicken for dinner, with skirlie and we watched World War Z. Also had a walk down at the beach, where the Bug practice his current favourite word, "moon". Or " mooon-ah" as he likes to say.
