Proud Fox

This is one of my favourite shots from the trip, taken whilst lying in the snow at -15ish degrees C - (it was -23 in the morning). We spent some time with this one, downwind so we got the scent as well as the sight too. Alas despite much head cocking and rocking back on haunches it didn't jump as we had hoped, but a fun session nonetheless.

Extras are Trumpeter Swans at dawn and a Grey Jay who posed beautifully at Canyon Visitor Centre. This was our last day of photography on the trip. It was over much too soon, such an amazing place, great people and opportunities. We'll be back I'm sure!
