I rolled my own croissants this morning!

Our local supermarket had an austrian brand of chilled croissant dough so I gave it a try. They turned out OK not great, a bit soggy in the middle. Next time instead of baking them straight from the fridge (as per the instructions), I will let them warm up to room temperature before baking and see if that helps the middle to cook.
