Friendly Rivalry

Bryn came back home with us for the day following the morning service at Sutton Baptist. It was a special football day for these two, as the teams they each support were playing against each other in the final of the League Cup. So we found a local pub, Malloy's who were showing the game on a big screen, so we went there for dinner. Bryn's team, Manchester City won by Penalties, so he was very happy. I think it's the camaraderie he enjoyed the most. After taking him home (by Uber again) we are now hanging out at The King's Arms - the pub across the road from M&D's where some folk usually gather after the evening church service.
