Sacre Moo

It's already a routine. Chill, lunch, beach. Came back around 6:00 and C went for a swim whilst I went for a run along the beach. It was getting dark and, once I'd passed the beach shacks, I only saw a handful of people. The beach is a fair approximation of a tropical paradise.
