A Cold and Frosty Morning

A lovely view across the pond at Queen's Park. Solid blue sky all day.

Did a lot of walking and clocked up over 10,000 steps. Been keeping an eye on the Health app on my iPhone. I didn't realise it has been recording steps, distance walked and flights of steps climbed since the day I switched it on.

Met with friends at the new McMillan Bar and Chop House overlooking the park. Roaring log fire, delicious desserts. Good to be together and catch up.
