Welcome to Wales

Probably the most ground down looking, depressing, statue I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. This was just over the Welsh border alongside the River Dee.
Perhaps i shouldn't have expected anything jollier when my sat nav showed me the point at which i passed from England into Wales, the exact spot was marked by an overflowing bin.
