Through the Trees

A bright, dry afternoon, so we went for a drive to Dunkeld and walked along the River Tay on the opposite side to the Cathedral.  In all the years we've lived and been visiting here, we've never thought to do this walk!  

Lots of trees, of course, but an amazing variety of firs and just the occasional glimpse over to the view on the other side.  My extra is a view from the Dunkeld Bridge, showing the pretty white cottages along this bank.

Still not much evidence of Spring and everywhere looking rather drab and brown.  The sunshine helps a lot:-)
