A Tack but not Taccy

I may have mentioned before that I belong to the Guild of Model Wheelwrights. Our membership is only just over one hundred, but like blip, they are spread around the world. Chuck, one of the USA members, took a holiday over here. He came to one of our exhibitions and gave one of these Wells Fargo tie tacks to every member there.
