Broody Skies

We took a slow drive up to Ullapool today, setting off in calm, sunny weather.

Things change rapidly up here and by the time I had my camera ready, these amazing clouds had skudded across the sky, changing the peaceful scene I was about to photograph.

I read today, that the bright flash we saw in the sky last night, was probably a 4inch piece of rock, travelling at 30km per second! There are some great video clips on the Internet.
