Ouch!

The sore foot/ankle that mysteriously appeared during our Sunday walk is still here....I'd hoped expected it to be all better yesterday so I was most annoyed disappointed that it's still sore today. Admittedly there maybe hadn't been a lot of resting going on!

So no run today and it was more of a hobble with the dogs this morning; they didn't seem to mind though. I did manage a cycle later, while the Christmas cake was in the oven, so that made me happier :-)
