'Full Stretch'

At tonights training session.

The boys were split into 4 teams and played 4 x 10 minute games swapping opposition each time. Tonights session was mainly about moving around the field and working together making sure that they all talk to each other.

The coach was really pleased with all of the boys efforts tonight and wouldn't let any of them leave without first shaking his hand. That's a good coach in my opinion.

Spent most of the day out at La Trobe University measuring up various new works and preparing defects reports for other projects.
