A Dutch saying: Maart roert zijn staart (March stirs its tail). Translated, in reality it means that it is very cold with sleet, but when we Dutch say it on a day like this, we actually mean to say that we've got the whole shebang on weather conditions. Only fanatics would jump on the bike! Me and Bert polished our shoes and sprayed them waterproof before we hiked up the hill.
