Life through the lens...

Wild sea

The sea off Godrevy.
Always a windy spot, but today it took all my strength to stand up straight, never mind hold a camera!
So just took a few photos ( see extra) and back to the car.
Had a coffee in the cafe. Lovely and warm with a sea view.
Pasties from Philps for lunch. First this holiday! (We are slipping!)

K left this morning after we all had coffee down at the Cabin, Perranuthnoe.
For her, a last look a the sea.
It was rough. A beautiful sea green colour, full of white " sea horses". Windy, but not as bad as the North coast.
It was only a short stay, but we had a wonderful time. So much catching up to do, I don't think we ever stopped chatting.

The sun is now out and if the wind drops a bit we may go for a walk.
Having a light meal tonight.
Cauliflower ( from just down the lane. 50p) cheese, and crispy bacon, followed by lemon tart ( left from Monday)
Off to Newlyn tomorrow to buy some more fish. May treat us to a whole turbot!

Don't I just love Cornwall!!

Many thanks for all your kind comments for yesterday's blip.
