The new shoes

Went for a wee run with the Rooster tonight and popped on my new trainers...mmm, I'll not be throwing the old ones out just yet.

They are a different style and I certainly felt a difference in my lower legs running in them.

A nice wee run with my boy...a more gentle run than when I'm out alone pushing myself along.
