Headaches,Cake and bellyaches.

Been a bit off colour the last couple of day's.

Bellyaches and a two day headache OUCH!

Thank god for Mr Nurofen who takes the edge off.

I did get cheered up by Gay friend Mark,went out to lunch and then afternoon tea in Worcester.I had an amazing lemongrass and ginger loose leaf tea followed by a blueberry muffin YUM
