Every Rose has it's Thorn

Well this is the offending thorn that resulted in a flat tyre on my bike.  I can tell you I wasn’t best pleased!

Patient Panel meeting tonight, despite only being a handful a lot was discussed and got through.  Things are progressing quite nicely.

World Book Day today, so I spent most of the day reading Black Box Thinking by Matthew Syed.  An interesting book on how we should look on “failure” as an opportunity to learn and improve, a good read.
