Ready For The Off!

Not physically but psychologically on the journey to explore a client's personality preferences.    The questionnaire has been completed, the reports printed, my preview prepared and call set up to begin in two minutes.   This will be my seat for the next three hours although I will walk about the room quite a lot in that time with the phone handset in my hand.   Wish we luck!
