Unscrupulous

This taxi in front of me drives for the most unscrupulous company in the city.

They have driver's with taxi licenses from Aberdeenshire ( people who haven't passed their knowledge test) and are willing to take on private hire drivers who haven't taken their knowledge test.
All the other companies take the moral view on this.
This car is also impersonating another city company by having this other company 's name in the rear of his sign.
