Vivaldi's Four Seasons at Sainte Chapelle

What more incredible venue for this beautiful concert!

Sainte Chapelle was built in the 1240's by King Louis IX, to hold the Christ's crown of thorns which he had obtained from the Emperor of Constantinople, Baudouin II.  The architecture is unique, the stained glass windows replace the more usual think walls of the time.  Two thirds of the windows are the original ones!
