Lily

The flowers I received on Thursday are opening beautifully, having arrived more or less closed. Today this lily was pristine, gleaming with moisture and vibrant with pollen. Woe betide anyone who brushes against it, for I am not one of those who will carefully remove the stamens to avoid stains...

They smell amazing too.
