Coconut and Lime Cake

A cake from the recipe book that came with the silicone pan my daughter bought me last year, I've not made this one before. Lime juice, zest and dessicated coconut in the cake. Lime juice and zest in the icing with toasted dessicated coconut sprinkled on top.

It was yummy!
