Newcastle Downunder

Fiery breastplates

I am pretty certain this little feather is from a rainbow lorrikeet's breast feathers.  Found in the yard when searching for a blip for Tiny Tuesday.  I am sure you would much prefer this to the large garden orb spider wrapping up a dragonfly for the larder or the five legged St Andrew's Cross spider.  I am beginning to think I have a garden of horrors.
