Short changed

Down to London on the train this morning, checked in to the hotel then we went out to dinner. After that we headed to Brixton to see Carter USM at the Brixton Academy. I've been to loads of gigs over the years and have always wanted to see one there.
Little did I know that despite it looking initially like a great venue, there's not a single place in the main floor that a 5ft tall person can see over a sellout crowd.
Except heads...
and hands...
and bottles...
none of which belonged to the band. My Blip is of the view that I got for 99% of the night despite moving about 10 times.

The gig itself was okay. S*M*A*S*H were good, EMF were great but Carter just seemed like they were going through the motions and weren't nearly as good as they were last year. A big shame for such a long journey.
Oh well...
