Live Art

"Home" as performed by a drag queen, over segments of two hours each, in a window setting reminiscent of Amsterdam. It was fascinating to watch unfold (and certainly drew lots of attention) though I can't say I quite got it. The artist's own description is: "To think home is to draw a boundary, a designation of personal and private against the onslaught of publicness. This exhibition opens individual conceptions of home to permeability, investigating the overlap or opposition in how we live, think and feel home." Right-o.

On the more mundane side of my life: had a great first outing on the golf links today. Beautiful day and a decent game too :)
