Granny spent the afternoon with us today. This is Granny teaching Katie the "Strictly Walk" before tea. 

Katie had a really fantastic music lesson today. She has worked hard this week learning some new pieces to surprise B. In return, B had prepared some new pieces for her to try that she could accompany her for. They both seemed to very much enjoy the lesson. B had got a Grade 1 piece ready for Katie and she knocked it out the park first time. She's decided Katie will skip at least G1, possibly G2. She also taught her some new recorder notes. Katie's had a cough and spluttered quite a lot during her lesson, but was determined to plough on through!
