Lancaster

A sad day today as I heard that Donald Nicholson, the Lancaster crewman from WW2 who lost and then regained his medals, whom I was privileged to meet and photograph on 14th October 2015 has died. 

He was a true legend who fearlessly did his bit to save the nation. He was so humble when we met and discussed our respective RAF careers.

I got a new Lancaster Bomber watch today, so thought this image would be an apt way to remember him...
